The vision of The Junction Church is to raise up leaders to establish ministry in churches.
"The LORD will answer and say to His people, "Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, And you will be satisfied by them”".
This word that God has spoken over the church is the filter through which we minister the Word of God and has inspired the culture in the Junction Church across all of our congregations in all that we do as a church.
We are a Presence Culture Church
When the presence of God is evident in our lives we live differently: empowered by God and full of faith.
When we know the reality and the dynamic of his Spirit in our everyday lives we will see God transform our world through our relationship with Him.
We are a Worship Culture Church
Acts 15:16-17 says '‘After this I will return And will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, And I will set it up; So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, Even all the Gentiles who are called by My name, Says the Lord who does all these things.’'
When we worship together as the family of God we lead the next generation into the presence and mercy of God.
Praise and worship opens the door to God’s grace. It opens the door to our spiritual warfare and the execution of our authority in Christ.
We are a House of Grace
Zechariah 4:7 says ‘‘who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone with shouts of “Grace, grace to it!”.
Grace is a common theme but often reduced to the covering of one’s misdemeanours because of the forgiveness of Christ. While this is true, we often fail to realise that the grace of God is not limited to forgiveness, but is also His empowerment to live our lives!
The message of grace is the solution to the crisis created by today’s culture. Grace has an original solution that engages the hearer and leads them home
We are not afraid of today’s issues and we show the way through the midst of them how to find identity and belonging in Christ and walk in the authority that He brings.
New wine is new ministry
God has empowered us to be shepherds and ministers to each other and the world around us.
We comfort, encourage and build up one another.
Oil is the anointing
The anointing is perhaps one of the most misunderstood aspects of church life.
The anointing is about identity, power and purpose.
The anointing is the giving of authority over the principalities and the powers.
As ministers of God’s power we have all authority to extinguish the fiery darts of the enemy and in lifting our shields of faith we create an arena where God can be experienced in a fresh, real and powerful way.
